 FAQs

  • Yes, once we get on a call, we will discuss your current nutrition struggles and from there I will decide if we do macros, calorie counting or intuitive eating habits.

  • The training program will be completely customized for you so it will depend on your schedule and goals.

  • Yes there will be 30 minute by-weekly 1:1 coaching calls so you'll know exactly what you should be doing.

  • If after 30 days you are unhappy and decide its not for you then no issue, you can get a refund! But I am confident you won't need to.

  • The program will be customized to whatever equipment you have access to but you will need to have access to a set of dumbbells at minimum.

  • Yes there are monthly and weekly payment plan options that we can discuss once we get on the phone.
