Thrive 365 is all about commitment, community, and coaching. Working together to help you get more consistent, feel stronger, hit PRs and connect with like-minded women who want to keep each other accountable. We'll be working up close and personal to get you optimizing your form in the gym, lifting smarter rather than just working harder in order to finally see the results your deserve for your effort.

  • To get the best out of this program (and any program) I highly advise you to only stick to one and give it your all.

  • There will be no meal plans but you will have access to nutrition coaching videos by me in the app to work on your nutrition habits, how to determine your macros and calories.

  • After completing 6 months of Thrive365 you will start to feel stronger, have more muscle, increase the size of your glutes and have stronger looking arms, feel more confident, fall more in love with your body, have perfect form, know how to create your own program, feel like a bad ass super hero in the gym, have cultivated connections with other women who lift!

  • You'll need access to a barbell, a squat rack, a bench, adjustable dumbbells, a chin up bar and some long and loop bands.

  • Yes, this program is going to help you gain muscle. The more muscle you have on your body the more calories you will burn throughout the day. This program will basically turn your body into a fat burning machine!

  • If you really feel this program is not for you then you can get a refund on your remaining months, there will be no refunds on the first month as you will receive the program material on sign up.

  • Yes. Because I give you 1:1 feedback on your form and modifications if needed this program is for all levels - beginner to advanced. You will choose a weight to suit your level.
