DIY Program Options
1. Build Your Squat
This 12-week lower body program is designed specifically to help you build a stronger squat, build muscle, and achieve the results you've been dreaming of. This is an intermediate to advanced program (someone who has used a barbell before). You will need access to a barbell, dumbbells and cables. This is a 4 day split.
2. Build Your Chin Up
This 12 week chin up program is designed to help you master your first chin up or add reps to your current chin ups! You will receive an upper body program which will help you build a strong and sculpted upper body. You will need access to a chin up bar, dumbbells, a cable machine and a barbell for this program. This program is a 3 day split.
3. Build Your Glutes
Ready to have the peachiest perkiest glutes you’ve ever had? This 12 week program is for you if you’re ready to build a strong lower body focusing specifically on your glutes and train to keep these results long term. This program is a 4 day split.
