A four month minimum commitment of personalized 1:1 coaching. The Strong and Fearless Mentorship is for committed lifters who want to take their progress to the next level! Add a minimum of 20lbs to your squat, deadlift, bench, get more chin ups and see more definition in your physique. The Strong and Fearless Mentorship is also available for beginner lifters.

You want more definition for the effort you put into the gym and you're ready to look more like someone who lifts!

Simply put: you want to elevate your results. I’m here to coach you, give direct feedback and start having more structure!

What you can expect...

A coach giving you feedback every week so you'll know exactly how to progressive overload and PR smartly and safely.

  • Gain muscle, increase strength, elevate your training so you can stop feeling stuck!

  • You'll start to see change in your body and look and feel like a badass lifter. Add muscle to your quads, glutes, arms, back and shoulders!

  • You'll have the guidance of a coach every week, it will all be personalized for you.

  • Recover more efficiently, feel more energized throughout the month and have balance in your life outside the gym. I am big on still doing other activities you love, you don't have to give up everything.

Coaching Includes:

  • A brand new customized program every 4-6 weeks.

  • Access to my coaching app where you get demos of each movement so you can elevate your technique!

  • Bi-weekly small group with me (shared with the 2-3 women in your pod) zoom coaching calls to monitor and improve your sleep, recovery, rest days, stress levels, daily activity outside of the gym, how to balance life and your training, nutrition, mental well being - this all takes your progress to the next level.

  • Weekly personal feedback on exactly what weight reps and sets to do, when to deload, how to deload and how you should build up to a peak week so you can keep getting stronger without burning out.

  • A group chat with your fellow athletes to feel supported connected and help each other grow.

  • Weekly 1:1 feedback on your form and technique so you can stay pain free and keep getting stronger.

  • Yes, once we get on a call, we will discuss your current nutrition struggles and from there I will decide if we do macros, calorie counting or intuitive eating habits for each individual.

  • The training program will be completely customized for you so it will depend on your schedule and goals.

  • Yes there will be 45 minute by-weekly 1:1 coaching calls so you'll know exactly what you should be doing. These group calls will be with no more than 4 women.

  • The program will be personalized to whatever equipment you have access to but you will need access to at minimum a squat rack, barbell and plates, so a home gym is fine.

  • Yes there are monthly and weekly payment plan options

  • If after 30 days you are unhappy and decide it's not for you then no issue, you can get a partial refund on the remaining 3 months. But I am confident you will love it
