An online and in person Personal Trainer for the last 9 years who specializes Strength and Physique Training. She has helped 100's of women gain muscle and get strong! Sarah is from Ireland currently living in San Diego. She has competed in 3 Powerlifting and 5 Stronglifting competitions. She has been featured in the SD Voyager magazine, spoke on podcasts, held International seminars and workshops. Sarah is on a mission to show women how to lift weights properly in the gym so they can live life fully and confidently outside of the gym!!
