Here’s how the subscription works:

You’ll get a new gym training program delivered automatically via the app every month.

You’ll be added to a private facebook group where you can get direct feedback on your form, live monthly coaching with Sarah, tips on how to optimize your training, nutrition and confidence! You’ll also get to interact with all the other women doing the program and get all your questions answered by Sarah and your peers!

You’ll have access to nutrition and recovery coaching videos on the app to maximize your results! You can watch these at your own pace!

The training program comes with video demos of each exercise so you know exactly what to do!

The goal of this program is to learn how to lift weights with confidence, feel secure in your form and ensure progressive overload each week! You will gain a ton of strength, make friends will other like minded women and learn how to lift properly!

Q: Is there a payment plan? A: Yes click here to finance your investment $35 every 2 weeks

Q: What equipment do I need?

A: This gym program includes a variety of dumbbells, a barbell, plates, adjustable bench, continuous loop resistance bands, mini-bands and a chin-up bar. You can substitute any barbell exercise for dumbbells.

Q: How many days of workouts are included in the program?

A: There are 3-4 training (your choice) days per week, and these workouts are repeated for the month. We can choose how many days work best with your schedule and goals.

Q: What way are the workouts split?

A: Depending on the month, it can vary from full body days to an upper/lower. Most to the time its upper/lower.

Q: When are new workouts released?

A: New programs are released on the last day of the month.

Q: When will I get my program?

A: You’ll get your program within 24 hours from purchase.

Q: How will I get my program?

A: Your program will be automatically delivered to you in your app account. The link to create your account will be in your email inbox upon purchase.

Q: Is this program customized?

A: No, this is not a custom program. If you’d like one, I offer that here.

Q: Is there a nutrition component to this program?

A: There is nutrition overview tutorials with basic education and tips and we run monthly challenges that involve building habits like a nutrition, sleep, rest or activity habit. However there is not a personalized. There is guidelines for you to create your own diet and independence.

Q: I need a substitution for an exercise because I don’t have the proper equipment.

A: Head on over to the facebook group and I’ll be happy to help you! You can ask as many questions as you like there!

Q: What I join and feel like it’s not for me?

A: If you really feel this program is not for you then you can get a refund on your remaining months, there will be no refunds on the first month as you will receive the program material on sign up.

Q: Can I do this if I am a beginner?

A: Yes. Because I give you 1:1 feedback on your form and modifications if needed this program is for all levels – beginner to advanced. You will choose a weight to suit your level.
