How does Online Coaching work?

1. Customized for you: You will get a full personalized training program with videos of each exercise, full instructions on what do outside of your training (sleep, rest, activity) and I will help you with weekly nutrition habits!

2. Improve your form: You will record your training and I will give you feedback on these videos each week so you can improve your form and get amazing technique.

3. Grow muscle, get confident and get strong AF: We will share a google doc template where you will enter each training session, how much you lifted, sets, reps etc. I will give you feedback on all this, ensure you are using progressive overload and keep you moving in the right direction. No guess work!

4. Overcome struggles and crush goals: Outside of our weekly check ins. We will have a by-weekly 30minute video call to discuss your training, nutrition, recovery and set new goals for the upcoming month. No falling off track!

5. Community: You will be added to a private facebook group with all my other clients so you will be surrounded by other like minded women with a common goal!

AND MORE: Outside of all this support we will communicate through a my personal number and we will stay in contact through text and voice message. I will keep you accountable, offer advice and guidance throughout the week!

Your body. Everything is customized for you so we will work with whatever you have!
